Unlike traditional drilling methods, RC drilling employs a dual-wall drill pipe system that allows the cuttings to travel inside the inner tube while air flows down the outer tube, facilitating faster and cleaner sample recovery.

Introduction of Reverse Circulation Drilling Rig (RC Drilling Rig) 

Reverse Circulation Drilling Rig is a new, efficient, environmentally friendly, multifunctional crawler drilling rig. It uses double-wall drill pipes and collect ore powder through the inner tube to the cyclone collector. The machine can be used for sampling and analysis in geological exploration departments.
This drilling rig can use compressed air reverse circulation down-the-hole drilling in various strata. The drilling rig's drill mast lifting, mast compensation, drill loading and unloading, rotation and feeding, outriggers, winch, walking and other actions are all realized by the hydraulic system.  It greatly reduces the labor intensity and improves the construction efficiency and project quality.
Main Features:
1. Air compressor is used for air supply and slag discharge. Various DTH hammers and bits can be matched according to the size of the working hole.
2. Low failure rate and large torque. The rotation speed can be adjusted according to different working conditions to effectively improve the impactor footage efficiency.
3. The hydraulic system is equipped with an independent hydraulic oil radiator to ensure that the drilling rig can work continuously under high temperature outdoor climate conditions.
4. The movable slide can be pressed against the ground working surface through the sliding of the compensation cylinder when the drilling rig is operating, which improves the rigidity of the drilling rig and ensures the working stability of the drilling rig.
5. The reliable and efficient air pre-filtration system can effectively filter out dust in the intake air, is easy to clean and maintain, effectively reduces engine wear, prolongs service life, and improves work efficiency, making it suitable for harsh working conditions.
