Introduction of Crawler Hydraulic Diesel Drilling Rig
The BYL-1800 crawler-type full-hydraulic drilling rig is a high-end piece of equipment developed for efficient drilling operations under complex geological conditions. It integrates advanced full-hydraulic control technology with a stable and reliable crawler-type traveling system, and is widely applicable to operations in various fields such as mineral resource exploration, geological disaster management, engineering investigation, and hydrological water well drilling. With the core design philosophy of "high efficiency and energy saving, intelligent precision, safety and durability", the drilling rig can achieve continuous and stable operations in complex terrains such as mountains, hills and deserts by optimizing the structural layout and upgrading core components, providing users with a cost-effective and professional drilling solution.
Core advantages: Reshaping the new experience of drilling operations
1. Full hydraulic drive with powerful power and precise control
Adopting a full hydraulic transmission system and equipped with a high-power diesel engine from a renowned brand, it delivers stable and abundant power output, enabling stepless speed regulation and precise control of drilling tools. Core hydraulic components such as the main pump and main valve are all selected from international first-tier brands. The hydraulic system features low pressure loss and fast response speed, with strong coordination among drilling feeding, lifting, rotating and other actions, effectively reducing operation interruption time and improving operation efficiency by more than 30% compared with traditional drilling rigs. Equipped with an intelligent hydraulic load-sensing system, it can automatically adjust power output according to drilling load, reducing fuel consumption while ensuring operation efficiency, with an average fuel consumption 15%-20% lower than that of similar drilling rigs.
2. Crawler chassis for unimpeded passage in complex terrains
Adopting a reinforced crawler traveling chassis, the track shoes are made of high-wear-resistant alloy materials with anti-skid pattern design on the surface and low ground contact pressure, allowing stable driving on soft ground, slopes with an inclination ≤ 30° or rugged mountain roads. The chassis is equipped with hydraulic outriggers and a leveling system, which can quickly complete the fixation and level calibration of the drilling rig. The outriggers have a large supporting area, effectively improving the overall stability of the rig during operation and avoiding equipment shaking caused by terrain inclination.
3. Rational structural design for convenient and efficient maintenance
Adopting a modular structural design, core components such as the engine, hydraulic system and drilling system can be independently disassembled and installed, facilitating on-site maintenance and component replacement. Maintenance platforms and portable access doors are set at key parts of the fuselage, and the fuel tank, hydraulic oil tank filler ports and detection ports are reasonably positioned. Operators can complete daily maintenance work such as oil filling and parameter detection without special tools. Wearable parts of the drilling rig such as track shoes and drill pipe joints are designed with standardization, featuring strong universality, which can effectively reduce the cost of spare parts procurement and inventory pressure.
